Responsible for leading the sales team, driving revenue, creating new business opportunities, maintaining client relationships, and contributing to overall business growth
✅ Eligibility Criteria:
Minimum age: 25+
Fluent in Hindi and English communication
Proven track record in real estate sales or business development
🧠 Experience Required:
4 to 6 years in business development or sales (real estate preferred)
Experience in managing teams and meeting sales targets
Client relationship & negotiation expertise
🎓 Qualification:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
MBA preferred (not mandatory)
🏢 Real Estate Specific Requirements:
Strong knowledge of local property market and trends
Understanding of RERA norms and real estate documentation
Well-versed with CRM tools and digital property platforms
Responsible for generating leads, meeting clients, promoting projects, and assisting the sales team with end-to-end coordination.
✅ Eligibility Criteria:
Minimum age: 21+
Excellent communication and persuasion skills
Energetic personality with willingness to travel locally
🧠 Experience Required:
0.6 to 2 years (Fresher with good communication skills may also apply)
Experience in real estate, insurance, or telemarketing is a plus

Graduation in any field
